Dr. Clarissa Gosney
President
It all started with one child. Just months after becoming a licensed psychologist, Dr. Gosney received a call from the family of a child with Selective Mutism (SM), desperate for someone who knew how to treat this anxiety disorder. Committed to helping this family who had no other local resources, Dr. Gosney sought training and education on the treatment of SM. After attending therapy with Dr. Gosney, this child, who didn’t speak to any adults aside from her parents, was soon speaking with her grandparents and teachers. Her classmates, who had never heard her speak, were thrilled when she started speaking up in class. Years later, this child even joined her school’s debate team! It wasn’t long before Dr. Gosney became the area specialist in Selective Mutism. Anxiety treatment is Dr. Gosney’s passion, having donated over $14,000 per year in therapy scholarships, but she knows that she can't do it alone. That is why Dr. Gosney created FACE, and is committed to its mission, by increasing awareness of severe anxiety disorders, by providing scholarships for specialized anxiety treatment, and by providing education and training to as many professionals and communities that she can reach around the United States and the world. Because nobody should be limited by anxiety, or their lack of access to specialty care.
Donna Henderson
Compliance Officer
Donna Henderson is a dedicated professional accreditation specialist and nurse educator with over 36 years in the healthcare field and over 15 years specializing in mental health. She is experienced in leadership, team building, administration, risk management, and accreditation skills to advance excellent healthcare delivery and education. As a healthcare specialist, she excels in policy and procedure development, moving quality and performance initiatives to completion, project management, working with diverse leadership stakeholders and disciplines, and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies for inpatient, outpatient, residential, and clinical levels of care. Donna has earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and a Master of Arts (MA) in Theology with a minor in Organizational Leadership. She has demonstrated a compassion for those under her care and a desire to see improved quality of care for healthcare organizations which leads to best outcomes for the clients they serve.
Yasir Saipullai

Yasir Saipullai is a dynamic strategist and leader known for his impact in transforming complex challenges into strategic opportunities. With a background in finance, labor planning, and operations, he has led initiatives focused on optimizing workforce structures, improving organizational capabilities, and achieving significant cost synergies. As a leader, Yasir’s guidance has empowered emerging talent and fostered a culture of data-driven decision-making. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business where he was a Leadership Fellow and President of the Product Managment Club. He also received a double major from the University of Texas at Dallas in Finance and Acounting Information Systems. He is a continuous learner with the passion and dedication to help others reach their goals. Yasir is a proud member of the FACE team and is excited to help the foundation grow and reach new heights.
